Because I’m going to question you to make a small investment in your health, but more than the money, it’s the commitment I’m asking you to make.

If you’re not the kind of person willing to invest in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, then the rest of this letter isn’t for you and reading it will just be a waste of your precious time.

So, if you’re still with me, then it tells me that you’re serious about wanting to try something new, something different to improve your Anabolic ability. That you’re set on knuckling down, rolling up your sleeves and putting in the try required to make Qigong a part of your life.

And… it tells me… you’re exactly the kind of person I want joining my Qigong Secrets Home Study Course.

Of course you do, it’s the Yin/Yang or Tai Chi symbol. Few people be with you what it means, but it’s vital you do.

Yin and Yang are opposing yet complimentary forces. Something is only ever Yin or Yang when compared to something else.

Yin and Yang are symbols only, you can’t really go into a shop and buy a box of Yin. And nothing is ever really Yin or Yang. Which is why you have the two dots inside each of the symbols to remind you of this.

If you’re currently experiencing one or more of these symptoms then I’m sorry to tell you that you’re out of balance.

Your Autonomic Nervous System is responsible for all the unconscious processes of your body, things like:

Your Sympathetic Nervous System is in charge of your “Struggle or Flight” response. It controls the release of hormones like cortisol and adrenaline that allow you to escape from danger or struggle to the death. It is very YANG.

Your Parasympathetic Nervous System is in charge of your “Rest and Build” response. It controls the release of Anabolic and Sex Hormones like testosterone and growth hormone that make an ANABOLIC or muscle and strength construction environment in your body. It is very YIN.

Many of us constantly stress about financial problems, personal relationships, job performance and the future.

Combine these types of stress with the kind of hardcore training you do in the gym and the result is that your “Struggle or Flight” response is never turned off. Nonstop exposure to toxic stress hormones crushes your body’s natural production of Anabolic hormones:

You know, all the excellent stuff that helps you to build muscle, gain strength and face the stresses of the modern life from a position of strength and power.

You already know that you don’t grow in the gym, you grow when you rest. Your body is very clever and if you don’t take time for rest your body will force you to by ‘catching‘ a cold or causing a loss of motivation for training.

But if you insist on pushing forwards using will power, pumping yourself full of caffeine laden drinks and supplements, subscribing to a “rest is for losers” mentality you’re going to pay a heavy price.

By forcing yourself way out of balance it’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when it will happen.

It’s like spending all the money in your bank account without putting any back in. The result is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bankruptcy.

But, as I already mentioned, these are stressful time we live in. If you’re going to keep your body in balance you need a powerful tool to help you overcome the stresses of the times we live in and actively stimulate your ANABOLIC Parasympathetic Nervous System.

Practicing Qigong is like, pardon the pun, putting your Parasympathetic system on steroids. When it comes to making balance in your Autonomic Nervous System, deliberate it your unfair advantage.

Qigong comes from a civilisation everywhere (traditionally) they value relaxation, meditation, and a whole host of activities that stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System.

I’m the boss and Chief Instructor at Qigong15, I was the Chief Instructor (for the UK) of an international Qigong and Shaolin Kung Fu institute for 5 years, and have been practicing Qigong for 19 years.

In the last few days I’ve read pretty much every post that Elliott has on paper about the Anabolic response, because I didn’t really be with you it. Until I linked it to the Autonomic Nervous System.

Trawling through 100?s of posts I found a video dated ‘June 24th 2010‘ Elliott was talking about wanting to make a shift from hardcore, balls to the wall, peddle to the metal training that tears down energy to one that builds energy, adds energy to your life.

About how he didn’t want to become one of those: “Jacked, strong motherf*ckers who suck at life.”

And shortly after that Elliott released his awesome Anabolic Energizers curriculum, and I’ll show you how you can get a free copy of that curriculum in a minute. If you… Read more…
